Our personal journey

We’re a family-owned business, our journey started during one of the most difficult periods of our lives.
 
After more than 10 years of running a successful but demanding business, I found myself completely burned out, physically, mentally, and emotionally. The constant pressure had taken its toll, and I knew something needed to change.
 
At the same time, my wife Shanty was facing challenges of her own. What began as a routine operation led to years of complications. For eight years, she lived with chronic illness, often confined to a bed or wheelchair, while managing multiple chronic conditions and an autoimmune disease.
 
Together, we were searching for a way forward. We wanted to feel healthy again, strong again, and like ourselves again.
 
That’s when we discovered cold therapy.
 
We started with something simple: a large bin filled with ice. It wasn’t fancy, but the impact was powerful. We noticed improvements in our energy, focus, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Encouraged by those changes, we began incorporating sauna sessions and exercise into our daily lives.
 
Little by little, everything changed.
 
Today, we feel healthier, stronger, and happier than we have in years. What started as our personal healing journey became a passion we want to share with others.
